The 3rd Hands-on Seminar was held on 2 September 2023, with Dr. Takashi Tomita as seminar president. Dry-model training took place at two venues in Sendai and Sapporo, and lectures were also shared online. There were 46 participants: 30 in hands-on training and 16 online.
