The 5th Hands-on Seminar was held on 13 September 2025, with Dr. Keiichi Katsumi as seminar president. Dry-model training and lectures in MED, FESS, and UBE/BESS/AFESS combined two venues in Niigata and Sapporo with online participation. At the Niigata venue, 40 people took part in hands-on training: 23 from Tohoku and 17 from other regions, creating an opportunity for learning across regional boundaries.
